Our Story

It started with a question. Robert Wilson asked Bryce Nickels if he knew any interesting people that had a great story to tell. Bryce immediately thought of his son’s varsity basketball coach, who’s been active in the community and promoting the high school’s basketball team. That conversation  lead to their first full feature, .

about Robert Wilson

Robert Wilson has been a professional photographer for over 20 years. He inherited his love for it from his dad. His father was always there with his camera around his neck, whether at soccer, baseball, or basketball. And at the age of 15, he began his love affair with photography. In 1992 he graduated from the Germain School of Photography in Manhattan. Soon after, he started his professional career, freelancing with some of the most well-known commercial photographers in New York City. His portrait career began taking pictures of babies in their homes, where he acquired the name Picture Man. He then spent fourteen years working under two master photographers. He now works with executives throughout the country, helping craft their professional image through photography and videography.

Bryce Nickels is a Professor of Genetics at Rutgers University, Lab Director at the Waksman Institute of Microbiology, and “intern” at Keep it Reel Film Productions. He is widely known for always working an angle.
